Uniform and Promotional Equipment

We recommend that our promotional staff wear at least one item of branding clothing. This creates a strong visual impact in the working environment and immediately connects the staff to the product they are promoting. We can source uniforms on behalf of our clients together with other items such as stands, giveaways, etc.

Briefing

All promotion staff are provided with a written brief prior to each job undertaken. This clearly outlines the objectives, target market, method of operation and reporting procedure. On certain field marketing campaigns a briefing meeting or training session would be held in advance of the activity.

Supervision

We provide supervision on every Face–to–Face marketing campaign undertaken. The role of the Supervisor is to ensure that all staff are fully conversant with their brief, to monitor staff whilst the job is in progress ensuring the client’s requirements are being met, and to solve any problem that may arise in the field.

Quality Control

In addition to careful selection and recruitment of promotions staff we ensure that we are able to guarantee continued suitability. We have strict guidelines regarding dress, appearance and conduct. On undertaking a first assignment with our agency all staff are given a copy of our ‘Agency Code of Practice’, which endorses these guidelines.

Reporting

Every job undertaken is evaluated in progress and at the end of the campaign. We maintain mobile/text contact with staff whilst working and can obtain feedback instantly. We can report back on a daily basis as to quantity of leaflets distributed, traffic flow, public feedback etc. We also prepare a final report at the end of a campaign if required.
